![]() Today, I had a lady call in using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3. She was currently using MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 and Citrix Receiver for Mac 12.5. Hi, I have upgraded Mac Book PRO to Sierra 10.12.3 and also have upgraded Citrix receiver to 12.4.0, and using safari can not access my company desktop application. I have only managed to launch it only once by doing the following: uninstalled Citrix receiver 12.4.0. Free open source os x windows remote administration tool 2017 download. Does a mac need antivirus software. Clever bods please help, my company uses a citrix access gateway to give employees access to remote desktops. I work on a mac and these are just not helpful combinations. Anyway, after months of having no access at all, I was advised to download latest citrix access gateway for the mac from citrix and try it. And it worked! Fantastic so far. Everything works in terms of the connection. Right up until I go to load a java app when I just get the Java window with a blue 'X' in the top left corner. There also seems to be an issue with the certificate not being recognised (but it is the latest version). Any help you can give me would be ENORMOUSLY appreciated (be gentle though, I'm a designer not an IT whizz). Especially as I'm trying to log on to work whilst snowed in! Thanks, Steven. Some progress. The problem isn't the certificate, it's the launch.ica (I think). I've done a lot of searching on citrix and seemingly the problem is something to do with secure settings not allowing the launch file to be saved. I can get further in parallels (64-bit Vista with correct citrix secure access gateway client) where i get prompted to save the launch.ica file when clicking on the java app, but no amount of loosening my internet options seems to help (including saving encrypted pages etc). Please help.:/.
